A. Can I combine calls and questions?
Yes, you can. One question is equal to 3 minutes and 15 seconds of calling time.
B. Can I call or message you anytime time?
Yes. However, please be aware that I may not answer/message back immediately. If so, I will try within the same day, unless it is past 9PM my time. (I travel so I may be in different time zone/continent)
C. Can I get a refund for the minutes/messages I didn’t use or cancel the services?
Yes. If you have already paid, you may cancel the service if you have not used any minutes/messages. We will refund you 100% ASAP. You can get up to 50% of refund if you have already started your minutes/messages. Therefor, it is wise to use at least 50% of your minutes/messages and the other will be refunded.
D. Is there anything free?
Yes. Each client can schedule a free 15 minute call or message 4 questions.

F. What Form of Payment Is Accepted?
Paypal. With Paypal, you can use your credit/debit. It is 100% safe, secure, and free. If you have a dispute, you can call Paypal and they can work something out, even refund you or hold funds from us until there is a solution from both parties.
G. Is There A Money Back Guaranteed?
Unfortunately no. We do have a free 15 minute call which can help you decide if you want to order a package. We strive to deliver 100% authentic information and help our clients in every way as possible. Customer service is our top most priority.
