So you want to know how to lose weight. Allow us to explain to you the awful truth of 3 dangerous food groups that is destroying your life, mind, and body and not helping you on how to lose weight.
These are the culprits; sugar, greasy/fried, and comfort foods like simple carbohydrates are the main cause of an unhealthy lifestyle.
Let me make it clear that you do not have to eliminate these 3 foods from your diet BUT if you are here and want to know how to lose weight fast, then this is not the place for you. Aside from meditating, fasting, and doing exercise on a regular basis which is vital for your health, in this article, we will be concentrating strictly on food and substances.
What’s your biggest fear? Overcoming these 3 dangerous food groups will be no easy task since they are delicious, everywhere, tempting, and addicting, however, my effective and powerful secrets will give you an outcome that will surpass any previous articles or diets that you have tried or read.

A person (many actually) who eats these 3 dangerous food groups generally falls into one or more of these four categories:
- The first, doesn’t care about their health at all.
- The second, likes the taste of yummy foods.

- The fourth does it to relieve stress or eats it as comfort food.
1. Sugar, Highly Addictive & Poisonous (and it’s 100% legal)
The very first step on how to lose weight takes us to our very first and number 1 enemy, sugar.
Let’s look at what physiological effects means. Definition of physiological –
- “Having to do with living organisms, or specifically the human body.”
Definition of effects –
- “The power to produce an outcome or achieve a result.”
So if we put the two words together, we can see that sugar has to do with the living organism, specifically, our body and sugar produces many changes/alteration to and in our body. Here are just a few dangerous changes that excessive sugar does to the human body.

- In 1700, the average person consumed about 4 pounds of sugar per year.
- In 1800, about 18 pounds of sugar per year.
- In 1900, consumption had risen to 90 pounds of sugar per year.
- In 2009, more than 50 percent of all Americans consume a whopping 180 pounds of sugar per year!
Yes, I just love premature death,cancer, and diseases, please give me more sugar! Excessive consumption of sugar will lead to an addiction. The more you consume it, the more tolerance you build up. (Does alcohol and marijuana addiction ring a bell?)
Simply put, if you consume 100 grams of sugar regularly everyday for weeks, over time 100 grams won’t have the same taste or sweetness as it used to. Your taste buds and body has already adapted to those quantities. Therefore to get the same rush (sweetness), you’ll need to consume maybe 125 grams or 150 grams of sugar a day instead of 100 grams.
That’s two times more! Dopamine (feeling of pleasure) receptors are everywhere in our brains. Consuming sugar floods the brain with dopamine. You eat sugar, you feel good, it taste good, that’s how simple it is.
No wonder even babies love it. Sugar isn’t illegal because its so freaking cheap to produce and yields almost $100 billion dollars yearly! (6)

Some good things that sugar does to the body or mind (Stick with natural sugar like honey, maple syrup, and fruit sugar) :

- Can boost energy levels
- Instant boost of pleasure (If you’ve never try snickers or ice cold coke from a fresh glass bottle before, I feel bad for you)
That’s it? Seriously, only 3 things and all of them are instant, no long-term beneficial effects whatsoever. So I’ve prove that sugar (the bad ones) is a drug and should have little presence in our body.

The next time that M&M pack or snickers bar starts calling your name, make sure you understand that you are literally poisoning yourself, feeding your addiction, and killing yourself slowly. It may be all fun and games now but as you age, you will start to feel all the illness and disease and your death may not be slow or peaceful.
For me, I use sugar as a reward. If I work out, go a few days without sugar, eat super healthy, then I’ll treat myself to an ice cream or a candy bar, but only 1-2 times a week.
2. Fry Foods And Fatty Foods
Step 2 on how to lose weight brings us to our runner-up, greasy fried foods. They taste delicious, they bring out the full flavor to any dish, they easily slide down your esophagus, giving you that warm sensational feeling, they satisfyingly fill you up, but boy are they wicked and evil.
Oil and butter are actually healthy and great for health. However the two main problem is that we cook them in high heat which kills most or all the nutrients (also applies to the food that you are cooking the oil with, thus you kill the vitamin and minerals in some foods you cook at high temperatures) and the average person consumes over their recommended intake of oils.
Here is why fatty and fried food taste sooo good. When cooking with oil, the temperature is almost twice as much as boiling point. Some oils have the ability to change the food’s flavor by entering directly into the food itself. (7)
The surface of the food is dehydrated which allows the oils and crispiness to take shape. Water molecules escape and leaves gap that allows the oil molecules to enter the food. Therefore you are tasting the cooked oil along with the main dish as opposed to just the main dish itself with water. Maximum flavor and richness ensure, but for a price of course!
2.1 Dangers of Fatty and Fried Foods
I’ve compiled a small list of some of the reasons why you should really limit fried fatty foods. (8)
- Wanting to eat fatty or fried food is normal and should be a rewarding factor.
- Using oils like coconut, olive, and canola (maybe canola) is much safer than vegetable or sunflower oil.
- When cooking with oil, you should follow the instruction as to what maximum temperature that oil can be cooked at and how long you can fry the oil.
- Never reuse cooked oil as most the nutrient will have been depleted once you recook it.
- And limit your intake on cooking oil although healthy cooking oil is still many times better than vegetable, corn, or sunflower oil.
I have been taking 1 tablespoon of raw virgin olive oil everyday for the last year and have yet to experience any negative health effects. In fact consuming raw oils daily like coconut or olive oil plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy body.
2.2 Food addiction
Fried and fatty foods are addicting.
Pleasurable behaviors like drugs and sex, and eating which yields the same effect, it can trigger the release of dopamine, neurotransmitter in the brain that gives you pleasure (does sugar ring a bell). An associate professor in the Department of Molecular Therapeutics at The Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter, Fl states (9) ,

India has one of the highest vegetarian population in the world, yet their life expectancy is only 68 years.If you’ve ever watch a youtube video or have actually went to India, you’ll see that they use oils and butter in many of their dishes in order to bring out the rich flavors.
Can you guess what country is the most obese or the most overweight nation? It’s not America or Britain, it’s Mexico and it’s pretty obvious as to why.
They use a ton of fats, oil, and butter in almost every single dish they serve. Anything healthy consumed or done in excess can be dangerous like drinking 2 gallons of water in 1 hour can kill you. The average person can consume about 400-700 fat calories and 44-75 fat grams daily if they are on a 2,000 calorie intake.
1 serving of french fries has 23 grams of unhealthy fats, that’s already half of the daily fats the average adult human needs!
So what should you do if you eat greasy and fried foods all the time? Here is what I recommend.
- Use Olive oil and coconut oil instead of other oils. They are the healthiest oils out there.
- Don’t cook with so much oil, just use barely enough to get the flavor.
- If you like eating super greasy and deep fried food, then limit your intake to once a week even though once every 2 weeks is ideal.
- Eat fruit 15 minutes before eating fried foods and make sure you are eating 3-5 servings of vegetables with your fried foods.
- It’s best if you consume olive/coconut oil raw. Use it on top of salads or meats and other carbohydrate foods.
3. Pasta, Bread, and Carbs
And lastly, we approach our 3rd enemy on how to lose weight. If you’re a vegan/vegetarian (like me) you can’t eat meat so the next group of food that we tend to eat the most is carbs (solid food). Simple carbs like pasta and bread are without a doubt delicious and prevalent.
You can’t hide or run from them, they’ll literally everywhere! You may be thinking that you need carbs for energy and survival. You’re not wrong but not right either and I’ll tell you why.
- In their (carbs) absence, your body will use protein and fat for energy.
- Sugar and carbs are also used for energy whenever you consume them, however, your body does not need much carbs at all to function properly or normally.
- Under normal human circumstances, we actually require only minimal amounts of glucose, (the process of turning carbs to sugar for energy) all of which can be supplied by the liver as needed on a daily basis.
3.1 We worked for our food
Recent scholarship suggests humans started baking bread at least 30,000 years ago. All people today are classified as Homo sapiens. Our species of humans first began to evolve nearly 200,000 years ago in association with technologies.

Check out some youtubers (11)(I mean there are quite a few, not just 4 or 5 people) that are doing the water fast for a few weeks, not days! No sugar, carbs, or food in their diet, only water. Yet, how are they still alive and functioning perfectly?
The answer is fats. Their body uses their stored fat as the primary and only source of energy, therefore, they are literally burning the stored fat from within their body, amazing!
Here is some dangers associated with simple carbohydrate foods.
- Eating high amounts of simple carbs daily can lead to weight gain.
- Is not filling so your body requires you to eat more to get the full feeling.
- Contains little to no fiber so good luck trying to eliminate them out of your body.
- You build a tolerance for simple carbs like sugar. The more you eat them, the more you are accustomed to their taste. So 600 grams of carbs a day becomes 700 grams and so on.
- If you’re not burning those carbs your body will convert it and store it as body fats for later use. If you’re a pro athlete or exercise regularly then this isn’t really an issue.
- Junk food, processed food, and carbs are engineered to be addictive. It’s a business strategy, money talks and walks. They have to compete with the other food giants to sell as much as possible. And whole foods are just simply not nearly as profitable as processed foods.
3.3 Wrong type of carbohydrates

Do you like a challenge? Try this, go a few days without eating or drinking any simple carbs. How do you feel, how does your body feel, did anything change at all? Carbs are not really that bad for us but the problem always lies within how much we consume.
Some people eat 2-3 whole pizzas, 3-5 foot long sandwiches, 2-3 pounds of pasta each week. If you don’t exercise, the carbs will simple turn into fat and that’s why people suffer from obesity or overweight.

Becoming a healthy person starts with your body and mind.Do not simply eliminate all simple carbs from your diet right away because your body will eventually crave it and you will give in. Everyday slowly start eating fruits and vegetables.
- For example, week one: eat one piece of fruit and two servings (3-4oz) of vegetables every day. Week two: eat two pieces of fruit and three servings of vegetables. Week three: eat three servings of fruit and three to four servings of vegetable until you have at least three to four pieces of fruit and four to five servings of vegetables everyday.
With this slow and timing method, your body has the adequate time to adjust to your new healthy diet.
Drinking water throughout the day really helps. Add lemon or honey or some fruit to your water, do this every day and you’ll be amazed at the results after a few weeks.
4.1 Believe in yourself (really!)
When and if you eat tons of fruit and vegetables for the first time you will have an extreme craving for simple carbs within a few days, at most. Frankly, the best way to do anything in life especially on how to lose weight is to proceed slowly and steadily. Enjoy your simple carbs here and there however, now you won’t be able to eat as much of these simple carbs as you used to.
Fruits and vegetables are very filling and contain lots of fiber. The stomach can’t handle 2-3 pounds of fruit and veggies all at once yet one can stomach that much with pasta, bread, and other simple carbs. They contain 10x more nutritional value than carbs.
4.2 Take control
Don’t you want to rid your body of toxins and issues, live a long, healthy, no pain, no worry, wonderful life and in the same process help the environment and yourself? If you stay consistent and tell yourself every day, “I will be healthy, I will eat fruit and vegetables”. Your mind will subconsciously form those words and act upon it.
You are in control of your mind and body. However, once you stop believing in yourself and forget to tell your mind, you will go right back to your unhealthy lifestyle and losing weight will be all in vain.
To be honest, I would love to be 10 pounds extra or even 30 yet that ain’t ever going to happen because I prefer a healthy diet and lifestyle.
4.3 Reward yourself for eating good
Your brain has correlated that every time you eat simple carbs it is because you have done something to deserve this reward. If you tell a kid to wash the car he’s not going to do it but if you tell him you’ll take him to the movies after he washes the car, he’ll immediately get on it. The same can be applied to this scenario.
Every time you have eaten three fruits and four servings of vegetables you can then have one-two serving of simple carbs. I guarantee, if you obey this method religiously, you have an amazingly healthy and long life.
Now that you know the top three dangerous food groups (tobacco, drinking is just as bad but pollution is probably the top killer of health), what are you going to do? Will you ignore our advice and continue on normally until you get some type of disease or illness? We know it’s not easy to change your habit especially after 10-50 years of eating the same unhealthy foods over and over.
If you practice what we mention above, there should be little room for failure. You must want to change and believe you can if you have doubts, then you have already lost half the battle.
You eat unhealthy food because it taste and it makes you feel good. However, the main problem is, after so many years, something bad will happen. If you are not exercising or mediating regularly then you won’t feel good. A healthy body creates a healthy mind which creates a healthy spirit.
How to lose weight fast is a myth and is dangerous. You’ve heard it all, how to get rich fast, how to find love fast, how to blah blah blah fast. People literally want the laziest, cheapest, and quickest way to many things.
How long did the Great Wall of China take to build, how long did it take for Amazon stocks to skyrocket, how many years does it take a human to earn a billion dollars? As you can see, the best results take time and most importantly QUALITY! Most of the how to lose weight fast works but it is either dangerous in the long run or it only works for a brief moment and was never meant to be last.
